This product is RAW and MUST BE ROASTED before brewing;

It is NOT SUITABLE for direct consumption.

This unroasted green coffee comes from Las Lajas in Costa Rica’s Central Valley and has a fruity sweetness. It grows at 1,500 meters and includes Catuai and Caturra beans processed with the Black Honey method. It works well for filter brewing and should be roasted lightly, just after the first crack, to keep its gentle flavours. A good pick for those who enjoy a bright and natural-tasting coffee.

Degas: Coffee bean releases CO2 after roasting. Please rest the coffee in coffee bags for degassing at least 7 - 10 days before brewing.

Caution: Green coffee beans are natural sun-dried agricultural products. It may contains insect eggs, insect damages or other defects. Please sort out the defects before and after roasting.
