These unroasted green coffee beans come from Huila, Colombia, grown at 1,300 metres and washed to bring out a clean flavour. The Typica variety offers a range of tastes, with fruity notes when lightly roasted and rich chocolate flavours in darker roasts. Suitable for espresso and filter brewing, it is best roasted to a medium level, just past the first crack, to balance brightness and depth. Perfect for coffee professionals looking for a complex and adaptable roast.
