These unroasted green coffee beans come from Finca Jardine de Eden in Quindio, Colombia. They are the Pink Bourbon variety, grown at 1,700 metres. Processed using the lychee honey method, they offer bright fruity flavours with hints of lychee and lemongrass. Best roasted lightly, just after the first crack, and ideal for filter brewing. This brings out their full, unique flavour for a smooth and refined cup that coffee lovers will enjoy.
