This unroasted green coffee blend combines Brazil Natural and Guatemala Washed beans, perfect for those who want to manage their own roasting. Recommended for espresso with a medium roast, it develops a complex flavour of nuts, hazelnut, almond, caramel, and milk chocolate when roasted between the end of the first crack and before the second crack.

After roasting: Store in air tight coffee bag with single-way air-valve. Keep in ambient temperature and dry place. Away from direct sunlight and odours.

Degas: Coffee bean releases CO2 after roasting. Please rest the coffee in coffee bags for degassing at least 7 - 10 days before brewing.
