Our unroasted green coffee beans from Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, are grown at 2,000 metres and washed to maintain their delicate flavours. This Heirloom variety features fruity and floral notes that shine when lightly roasted to just after the first crack. Perfect for espresso and filter brewing, it provides a clear and lively profile for experienced roasters looking for complexity and clarity.
