These unroasted green coffee beans come from South Minas, Brazil, grown at 1,100 metres and naturally processed to bring out their unique flavour. The Yellow Bourbon variety offers nutty, hazelnut, and caramel notes. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing, it is best roasted to a medium level, just after the first crack, to achieve a balanced sweetness and complexity. Perfect for experts looking for a versatile and flavourful coffee base.
