The Unroasted Green Bean Blend "HKG" celebrates Hong Kong’s vibrant multicultural heritage with a carefully chosen mix of beans from four continents: Indonesia Wet-hulled, Brazil Natural, Colombia Washed, Guatemala Washed, and Ethiopia Washed. Best suited for medium-dark roasting, this blend produces a smooth espresso with notes of caramel, orange zest, and almond. It delivers a balanced sweetness and complexity, perfect for those who appreciate a refined and layered coffee.

After roasting: Store in air tight coffee bag with single-way air-valve. Keep in ambient temperature and dry place. Away from direct sunlight and odours.

Degas: Coffee bean releases CO2 after roasting. Please rest the coffee in coffee bags for degassing at least 7 - 10 days before brewing.
