These unroasted green coffee beans come from Nyeri, Kenya, grown at 2,200 metres and washed to preserve their clarity and brightness. Featuring the SL28 and SL34 varieties, they are best lightly roasted just after the first crack. Ideal for filter brewing, this coffee highlights delicate flavours and lively acidity, making it perfect for those looking for a refined and expert coffee experience.
