The Gayo green coffee from Indonesia has flavours of orange zest, caramel, and milk chocolate. When roasted medium light for pour-over, it shows a sweet caramel taste. Roasted medium dark for espresso, it develops a rich, chocolatey flavour. This coffee is versatile, suitable for various brewing methods and taste preferences.

Degas: Coffee bean releases CO2 after roasting. Please rest the coffee in coffee bags for degassing at least 7 - 10 days before brewing.
